We just had a new router installed and opened the ports for ARD to work. However I can no longer copy any items. I have tried from two computers from two locations back to my office location. The file copy fails every time. I am hoping to find someone that can tell me what needs to be opened up on the internet router in order to allow this? Does it use the standard ftp port 20 or 21?
