I now have a downloadable pdf version of the Mitsubishi 3000gt Factory Service and Repair Manual 1992 through 1996. It covers all models. This should cover most anything in 1991 also. It includes the chassis and Body plus the Electrical Systems manual. it has Multiple Diagrams, Servicing Information, Diagnostics, Maintenance & Repair Techniques, Diagrams, Charts, Schematics plus much more makes this an excellent reference & can be used by ANYONE regardless, If your a complete novice or an expert Auto Mechanic!

A little known secret to getting all those stubborn bug guts off your cars grill or front bumper is to use a regular dryer sheet. It has the right texture to wipe them off and not scratch your paint. Saturday the 26th the Florida Chapter of 3S, which stands for 3000gt and Stealth, car club is meeting in Gainesville Florida. I and one of my fellow 3000gt owners here in Tally is also planning on attending the meet. He has a white 93 3000gt VR4. This will be my first Florida Chapter meet. I look forward to it. Now I just need to make a few small repairs to get my car in shape to make the 2 hour journey.

So I am driving down the street one night. Things don’t seem to be lit up as normal. My lights are turned on and the lights on the dashboard are working. I am on a big street so there are lots of streetlights. I make my trip to the store and then back home again. Only to discover when I pull up in the garage that I do indeed have no headlights working. I leave the car on and walk up front to see both headlamps out.

I begin to think about all the traffic consequences of driving with no headlights. So anyway I am hoping its just a fuse since both are out at the same time. I looked into my manual and there are two fuses one for each side. Strange that they would both be out then. I hope it not the bulbs. There is also a 30amp relay under the hood. I will have to investigate this immediately.

I use this battery in my car now. It has 925 CC amps for 5 seconds at start. I need to replace it due to it being 5 years old. They say it would have lasted longer but since I do not drive the car much I have not let the battery properly discharge and now it does not hold a full charge. I have done some research and am going to replace it with the same model. This battery only weighs 28lbs, is low profile and of course is solid lead acid so it can not spill.
