Anderson has announced he will run as the Justice Party’s first presidential candidate. To me he sounds like the only candidate that is not spewing out a bunch of rhetoric. I can not believe people are still falling for the empty promises of Obama and the Republican candidates. If you vote for either a Republican or Democrat this next election then you are too naive to understand what they have done over the last 30 years to destroy your country.

Its time to take our country back and Rocky Anderson looks like the best Presidential candidate so far. You can view the Rocky Anderson’s facebook page or His website for the Justice Party. or a site just for Rocky Anderson.

The 99% need a hero and I think Anderson is it. We need a new party because the two existing parties are corrupt to the core. They could not change the system even if they wanted to. Rocky was on the Rachal Maddow show. Take a look at the short interview. He lays it all out. If you want to know more about Rocky Anderson this read his Wiki Entry.

I don’t work for Mr Anderson, but I stand behind this candidate. I plan to contribute to this campaign fund. I am ready to some real change.

AMY GOODMAN: Why did you just interrupt this forum?

ABIGAIL BORAH: The United States government does not speak on my behalf.

Thank you Abigail for traveling to Durban, South Africa and speaking for the American People. All of our Politicians are corrupted by big money interests and are incapable of speaking for us.

Abigail Borah, a 21-year-old student from Middlebury College and member of the youth climate delegation, spoke out in the plenary hall as US climate envoy Todd Stern prepared to address the assembled environmental ministers. “I am scared for my future,” she said, because of the “obstructionist Congress” and the “empty rhetoric” of President Obama:

I am speaking on behalf of the United States of America because my negotiators cannot. The obstructionist Congress has shackled justice and delayed ambition for far too long. I am scared for my future. 2020 is too late to wait. We need an urgent path to a fair, ambitious and legally binding treaty. We need leaders who will commit to real change, not empty rhetoric. Keep your promises. Keep our hope alive.

Plus a big thanks to Democracy Now! with host Amy Goodman for covering this. You can read the Democracy Now full story.

Here is a great video for those of you who are not in the know for the real message of the 99%. The Occumpy movments around the country are nice for a symbolic gesture but that is not going to solve the problem. The problem is the corporate money influence in politics. Its deeply engrained and will be quite difficult to remove. I mean who is going to create that law? Who is brave enough and wiling to sacrifice their long term payoffs? We will as a country elect officials that will do this and not be the puppets of special interest money. Watch this great video that sums up the issue pretty well.

Thanks to CBS on some great reporting. Insider Trading is legal for Congressmen! As Steve Kroft reports, members of Congress and their aides have regular access to powerful political intelligence, and many have made well timed stock market trades even in the very industries they regulate. For them alone, the practice is perfectly legal.

I for one knew politicians were corrupt and making millions I was just not sure how they did it. I mean making $150K plus per year does not a millionaire make. They are not going to reach the 1% club on that salary. So the politicians all banded together and passed a law that made insider trading legal. For Them!

While Martha Stewart and Raj Rajaratnam go to Jail your congressman does not. Talk about a double standard. These people a certainly taking advantage of the 99%. There should only be one thing in your mind when you’re drafting legislation, ‘Is this good for the United States of America?’ That’s it. If you’re starting to say to yourself ‘how’s this going to affect my investments,’ you’re corrupt!

Let me give you a few examples: Alabama Representative Spencer Bachus, Republican member on the House Financial Services Committee and now its chairman. After meetings with Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke Congressman Bachus would engage in buying stock options based on economic briefings he had just the day before from the Fed chairman and the treasury secretary.

John Boehner, who led the opposition against the so-called public option, government funded insurance that would compete with private companies. Just days before the provision was finally killed off, Boehner bought health insurance stocks, all of which went up.

Illinois Congressman Dennis Hastert became speaker of the House in 1999, he was worth a few hundred thousand dollars. He left the job eight years later a multi-millionaire. Hastert got a $207 million federal earmark to build the Prairie Parkway through these cornfields near his home. What people didn’t know was that Hastert had also bought some land adjacent to where the highway is supposed to go. He sold that land and made over Two million dollars. He now works as a lobbyist!

If I’m a corporate executive and you’re a senator, and I give you IPO shares in stock and over the course of one day that stock nets you $100,000, that’s completely legal. Corporate executives, members of the executive branch and all federal judges are subject to strict conflict of interest rules. But not the people who write the laws.

Nancy Pelosi and her husband have participated in at least eight IPOs. Undisturbed by a potential conflict of interest the Pelosis purchased 5,000 shares of Visa at the initial price of $44 dollars. Two days later it was trading at $64.

The situation has gotten worse. In the past few years a whole new totally unregulated, $100 million dollar industry has grown up in Washington called political intelligence. It employs former congressmen and former staffers to scour the halls of the Capitol gathering valuable non-public information then selling it to hedge funds and traders on Wall Street who can trade on it.

What would be a criminal enterprise anyplace else in the country and turned it into a profitable business model.

You can read the full CBS article here.

Now a report shows up on site called Europe versus facebook. Unlike the good old US of A the Europeans have the right to get data collected about them. Apparently your Facebook database collection can easily be hundreds of pages, as some of these European citizens have learned.

So go ahead and delete all you want, but Facebook creepily never forgets. When it comes to your friendings, defriendings, pokes, and RSVPS, it keeps it all. Plus they also keep track of what computers you’ve used to access your facebook account as well as others who have used your device to log onto facebook with their own account.

Facebook remembers 57 data points, at least that is what they are sharing with users they keep. Here is a list of those data fields.

Now while I understand websites have to have complex databases. That gives them no right to track so many things as well as the newly discovered information that even when you log out of facebook you never really log out. This is all very ultra creepy. I like many people use facebook, but as soon as a better solution comes along I am going to switch. And by the way I am not convinced Google Plus is going to be better. The Do NO Evil company has done plenty of creepy web following. Disappointing.

Have you ever wanted to download a video from facebook and did not know how to get around their flash player? Well there are a couple of complicated methods or you can just go visit tubekeeper.com and paste in the url and it will grab it and let you download it right to your hard drive.

I had a client who uploaded a video and was not able to get me the file in time for a deadline. So I turned to tubekeeper. This came in very handy. It also has a feature to let you search videos. And they just added Tudou.com the wildly popular Chinese video repository.

Tube Keeper says it will work with all of these sites.

You can watch the video posted by FacebookOp

Personally I like the idea. Facebook is a convenient way to stay in touch with people, however not at the total loss of privacy. Facebook most likely is even selling private data to the evil mid east regimes that are killing their own people. The almighty dollar rules again. Everyone has their price, but when you have people lives at stake then its going too far. I have no idea how Mark Zuckerberg can sleep at night knowing what he is doing by keeping peoples information for all time and then selling it to the highest bidder.

Even if you delete the information FB still has it and will keep and sell it. Plus they do facial recognition on your photos of you and your family. So lets say you have never been in trouble with the law, we then the law can buy your information from facebook and now they know everything about you. Or maybe its not the law just some huge corporation that wants to sue you or harass you and keep you under their thumb for some reason that benefits them.

Facebook pure evil.

James Verone, a 59-year-old convenience store clerk, walked into a Gastonia, N.C., bank and handed the cashier a note demanding $1 and medical attention. Then he waited calmly for police to show up.

He’s now in jail and has an appointment with a doctor this week.

Study his face carefully, and then go look in the mirror. This is the face of the “new reality” in America. The American public has been sold out by the powers that be, and we will all pay the price sooner or later. Our tax dollars are going toward financing corporate greed and corrupt politicians and not for our citizens health.

Job promises for ex-politicians are the biggest contributor to the corruption, along with campaign finance which is nothing more than legal bribery. All the while the american people suffer, while the members of congress have stellar health car, at no cost to them.

Obama’s health care act will not go into place until 2014. James Verone needed medical attention and he didn’t want to be a burden on his sister and brothers. So he hatched a plan. On June 9, he woke up, showered, ironed his shirt and mailed a letter to the Gazette, listing the return address as the Gaston County Jail.

“When you receive this a bank robbery will have been committed by me,” Verone wrote in the letter. “This robbery is being committed by me for one dollar. I am of sound mind but not so much sound body.”

Verone’s problems started when he lost the job he’d held for 17 years as a Coca Cola deliveryman, amid the economic downturn. He then took a part-time position at the convenience store. But hiss body wasn’t up to it. The bending and lifting made his back ache. He had problems with his left foot, making him limp. He also suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis.

Then he noticed a protrusion on his chest. “The pain was beyond the tolerance that I could accept,” Verone told the Gaston Gazette. “I kind of hit a brick wall with everything.”

Verone hailed a cab to take him to the RBC Bank. Inside, he handed the teller his $1 robbery demand. “I didn’t have any fears,” said Verone. “I told the teller that I would sit over here and wait for police.”

Because he only asked for $1, Verone was charged with larceny, not bank robbery. But he said that if his punishment isn’t severe enough, he plans to tell the judge that he’ll do it again. His $100,000 bond has been reduced to $2,000, but he says he doesn’t plan to pay it.

In jail, Verone said he’s hoping to receive back and foot surgery, and get the protrusion on his chest treated. Then he plans to spend a few years in jail, before getting out in time to collect Social Security and move to the beach.

Verone also presented the view that if the United States had a health-care system which offered people more government support, he wouldn’t have had to make the choice he did.

“If you don’t have your health you don’t have anything,” Verone said.

The Affordable Care Act, President Obama’s health-care overhaul passed by Congress last year, was designed to make it easier for Americans in situations like Verone’s to get health insurance. But most of its provisions don’t go into effect until 2014.

As it is, Verone said he thinks he chose the best of a bunch of bad options. “I picked jail.”

Now we find out that some of them were prisoners. Posted on the UK Gardian they have reports of one prisoner who told a reporter in Beijing how he used to do hard labor mining in NE China and by night he had to log into World of Warcraft and mine virtual gold for 12 hours.

Former prisoner, Liu Dali told of how “Prison bosses made more money forcing inmates to play games than they do forcing people to do manual labour,” “There were 300 prisoners forced to play games. We worked 12-hour shifts in the camp. I heard them say they could earn 5,000-6,000rmb a day, worth upwards to $900 USD. We didn’t see any of the money. The computers were never turned off.”

Dali states: “If I couldn’t complete my work quota, they would punish me physically. They would make me stand with my hands raised in the air and after I returned to my dormitory they would beat me with plastic pipes. We kept playing until we could barely see things,”

According to figures from the China Internet Center, nearly $2 Billion of virtual to real money was traded in China in 2008 and the number of gamers who play to earn and trade virtual credits has been on the rise.

It has been estimated that 81% of all gold farmers are located in China. There is also estimated to be over 100,000 full-time gold farmers in the country.

I wonder if Leroy Jenkins knows about this?!?

There is a new one out now that doesn’t let you just click a box saying you are 18 or older, nor does it require you to enter in credit card information.

This new style is much like a captcha image. The beauty of it is the image is that of something only someone who is 18yrs or older would only know. In the case of this image you need to be at least 30.
