A German court overturned a temporary injunction against T-Mobile which had ordered the wireless carrier to offer Apple’s iPhone to its customers unlocked and without a service contract. Can this be traced back to the deep pockets of Vodaphone? Hey its their fault for not getting the contract with Apple. now T-Mobile can go back to selling Apple’s iPhone exclusively and locked to its own service. I personally don’t agree with the locking issue, but thats big business.
